By using any website, domain, service, application or product owned or operated by Culmen Creative Concepts or by signing up as a client or user of any Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the terms and conditions incorporated by reference. We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, especially before availing a service since these are legally binding on you.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or remove any project and/or user provided that they violate these Terms and Conditions, or are otherwise objectionable, including, without limitation, projects or content that is illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites religious, racial or ethnic hatred, or violates the rights of others. Activity that is brought to our attention which appears in our sole discretion to violate the law will be brought to the attention of the proper authorities. You acknowledge, consent and agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in the event when we believe that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonable and necessary to:
(a) Comply with the legal process
(b) Enforce these Terms
(c) Respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties
(d) Respond to your requests for customer service or
(e) Protect our rights, property, or safety of the same, or the safety of our users or the publicx`
Description of Services
Culmen Creative Concepts offers 100% original and customized design services for all its clients.
Order Payment
Kindly note that we require 100% payment as advance payment.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts/presentations/designs provided by us, you may request a refund within 7 days from the day the project was initiated. If we receive your refund request after that period we won´t be able to process it but you will still be working under our guarantee policy that entitles you to receive unlimited revisions until final approval.
In addition, refunds are only available to the actual Client for whom the design was created. No refund is available for design firms or for those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. Furthermore, you shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if you request revisions to any of the initial concepts. You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond in a timely manner to a status notification from us. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any of the work produced by us, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
Copyrights & Trademarks
All rights of designs and artwork created and designed for specific clients by Culmen Creative Concepts belong to the client for which they were designed. Culmen Creative Concepts does not hold any rights to the designs created for a client.
Culmen Creative Concepts does not file a trademark application for the logos designed for its client. The client is free to register the logo design created by Culmen Creative Concepts as a trademark.
In the event that payment for any design is not made in accordance with the payment policies of Culmen Creative Concepts, then all of the client´s rights to the design created for them, including any trademark property, will immediately revert back to Culmen Creative Concepts.
Culmen Creative Concepts warrants that our designs are of our own creation and are not copied from or inspired by existing designs or trademarks but we do not guarantee that a design same as or similar to that designed by us, but of which we were not aware at the time of its creation, does not exist.
If a design by Culmen Creative Concepts looks identical to another party´s, Culmen Creative Concepts will provide a free redo session to that particular client.
